  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 4 or 5 kale leaves
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 or two handfuls of fresh parsley
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 inch piece of turmeric
  • 2 chillies

Peel or cut of the skin of your pineapple. Peeling the lemon is optional. Then add with the rest of your ingredients to your juicer. Extract and enjoy!
